A HAZOP led by someone who has studied the industry’s incidents, and helped the industry learn from them, is a different exercise from one led by a generalist facilitator. Our principal has served on the AIChE Ammonia Safety Committee for two decades and has published extensively on ammonia plant incidents and their lessons.
